Decent experience, minor delay

I ordered a Magnetventil and some Schlauchverbinder. The selection was good, and the website was easy to navigate. The parts arrived well-packaged, but delivery took a day longer than the estimated time, which was a little inconvenient for my project schedule. Customer service responded quickly when I inquired about the delay, which was a plus. The quality of the parts seems fine for the price I paid.

Reliable for industrial parts

I've ordered from Tameson several times now for various components, mostly Druckluftschläuche and Schlauchverbinder. They're consistently good. This last order was for a couple of Schlauchschellen, and like before, the quality was solid and shipping was on time. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they deliver. Good prices for industrial supplies.

Good Magnetventil, arrived fast

I bought a Magnetventil last week and it got here way quicker than I thought, like two days earlier than the tracking said. It was super easy to find what I needed on the website too. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Happy with it.

Good value for a diaphragm valve

I needed a diaphragm valve and found one here. I signed up for the newsletter and got 5% off, which made the price pretty competitive. Shipping was free because my order hit the minimum. It felt like a solid deal overall for what I needed.

Decent service, minor issue

I bought a few Edelstahlfittinge for a project. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was prompt, which I appreciated. The fittings themselves seem to be of good quality and fit as expected. My only minor complaint is that one of the items was slightly scratched, nothing major that affects performance, but noticeable. Customer service was helpful when I called about a technical spec before ordering, so that was a plus. Overall, a positive experience, but they could improve on packaging to prevent small cosmetic damages.

Consistently reliable for parts

This is my third or fourth order from Tameson, and they're always consistent. I needed a new Pneumatikzylinder and a few Fittinge this time. Like before, the order process was straightforward, and the items matched the descriptions perfectly. Their stock levels usually mean I get what I need without backorder issues. The delivery was on time this time, unlike a previous order where it was a day late. It's why I keep coming back for industrial components.

Detailed feedback on a Kugelhahn

I recently purchased a Kugelhahn for a new plumbing setup. The website made it straightforward to find the specific size and material I needed, and the product descriptions were quite thorough, including dimensions and pressure ratings. Placing the order was easy, and I received an email confirmation almost instantly. The delivery took about 4 business days, which was within the estimated timeframe. The Kugelhahn itself felt robust and well-made when it arrived. Installation was smooth; it fit perfectly and operated without any leaks or stiffness. I haven't had to contact support for this order, but their FAQ section was helpful for clarifying shipping costs beforehand. It's a solid product and a reliable store for these kinds of parts.
